Personal information and usage data
When you sign in we create an account from the email address, display name and profile photo of the account you authenticate with. Your activity in retros — the ideas you submit, the votes you cast, the groups you help form — is associated with that account so you and your teammates can revisit a retro later.
When a retro is closed, its action items are emailed to everyone who participated. That message is necessary to operate the service. Optional product updates are sent only if you opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the retro lobby.
Data security
Traffic between your browser and the application is encrypted in transit. Access to the production environment is restricted to the people who operate it.
Third parties
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors required to run the service — your identity provider for authentication, and an email provider to deliver the messages described above.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a portable copy. Contact the team operating this deployment to exercise any of these rights.
